Controller and contact

Michael Eigner-Dietl, operating as Arcdrake, is responsible for this website. Postal address: Lessingstraße 06, 8010 Graz, Austria. You can contact us about privacy or exercise your rights at contact@arcdrake.com.

Website hosting and security

Our hosting and security provider is Cloudflare. Opening this website requests its pages, images, fonts and scripts from the host. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and technical errors, to deliver the website and protect against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and security data may be recorded in operational logs. Retention is governed by the period needed for service delivery, diagnosing faults, investigating and preventing abuse, and applicable legal obligations. Cloudflare explains its retention criteria in its Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare operates a global network, and processing outside the European Economic Area may occur. Its Data Processing Addendum describes processing on our behalf, subprocessors and international transfer safeguards, including the EU standard contractual clauses.

All fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain. The website makes no requests to other services and does not embed social media, videos or advertising.

Data stored in your browser

To provide the counter, statistics, achievements and settings you use, the website stores one entry named “fbp:v1” in your browser’s local storage. It contains:

This entry is never transmitted to us or anyone else, contains no identifier and is not used to track you. Storing it is strictly necessary to provide the features you explicitly use, so no consent is required (§ 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). The legal basis for any personal data it contains is our legitimate interest in providing the website’s functions (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

It remains until you choose “Reset everything” in the settings or clear this website’s data in your browser. There is no automatic expiry. If storage is blocked, the button still works and forgets your presses when you close the page.

So that the website also works offline, your browser keeps a copy of its files (a service worker cache). This copy contains no personal data and is removed when you clear this website’s data.

The website sets no cookies.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we process your contact details, message and any attachments to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, subject to statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

We use Microsoft 365 to send, receive and store business email. Microsoft processes message content, attachments and technical communication data. Its Data Protection Addendum describes processing arrangements and international transfer safeguards.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights. Data stored only in your browser remains on your device; we cannot see, retrieve or delete it for you.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
